Role & Responsibilities

We operate at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and automation—crafting omnichannel strategies that convert, retain, and grow audiences with precision. Our clients span fintech, D2C, SaaS, and e-commerce verticals across APAC, MENA, and North America.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic) across client portfolios with focus on ROAS, CPA, and LTV targets.
- Translate client business goals into measurable campaign KPIs, audience segmentation strategies, and creative briefs aligned with platform best practices.
- Monitor real-time campaign performance, analyze funnel drop-offs, and implement A/B tests for creatives, audiences, bids, and landing pages to drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with in-house creatives and copywriters to produce high-converting assets optimized for platform specs and audience psychology.
- Deliver weekly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and forecast modeling for client reviews and internal strategy alignment.
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm shifts, policy updates, and emerging ad tech tools—incorporating automation, AI audience tools, and UTM tracking standards.

- LinkedIn Ads
- Programmatic platforms (The Trade Desk, DV360)
- CRM integrations (HubSpot, Klaviyo)
- Work with global clients and fast-moving tech brands—no cookie-cutter campaigns.
- Autonomy to test, fail fast, and scale what works—with full ownership of your client’s growth.
- Performance bonuses tied to client retention and campaign efficiency metrics.
