Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to perform some work remotely. The Design Editor (Esports & Creative Media) will actively contribute to creating and curating visually appealing and engaging esports and creative media content. Key responsibilities will include graphic design, editing publications, writing compelling narratives, and coordinating communication efforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with creative professionals and industry stakeholders to produce high-quality deliverables.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create event key visuals (KVs) and full visual identities for esports tournaments

• Design scroll-stopping social media creatives (posts, carousels, ads)

• Build broadcast assets (overlays, transitions, stream graphics)

• Edit trailers, aftermovies, reels, and highlights

• Design brand pitch decks that win partnerships

• Maintain consistent visual storytelling across all platforms

• Strong portfolio in esports / gaming / sports content

• Someone who understands internet culture + gaming aesthetics

• A creative thinker who can turn ideas into impactful visuals & videos

• Experience with esports tournaments or live broadcasts

• Motion graphics & animation skills

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphic Design, Editing, and creating visually compelling content
• Exceptional abilities in Writing and Publications development
• Excellent Communication proficiency, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience or familiarity with the esports or creative media industries is a plus
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects effectively
