• Develop branding materials such as logos, brochures, flyers, banners, and presentation decks that reflect the company’s commitment to sustainability and innovation.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align visual content with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  
• Maintain and update design assets in a centralised digital library for consistent brand application.
  
• Optimize graphics for web and mobile platforms, ensuring fast load times and responsive design across devices.
  
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices in renewable energy communications.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the energy, sustainability, or technology sector.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  
• Strong skills in vector graphics and layout design using CorelDRAW.
  
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including digital ads, social media content, and video edits.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  
• Familiarity with solar energy concepts and sustainable development principles is a plus.
