Job Role: Motion Graphic Designer + Editor

Designation- Analyst/Executive

Location - Gurugram

Scope of Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Video Production Team Lead in creating engaging video content, with primary focus on Motion Graphics with basis skill of video editing .
• Create explainer videos, business-oriented motion graphics, animations, packaging, and transitions.
• Discuss briefs with content owners and convert ideas into simple storyboards.
• Research relevant video styles, references, and techniques based on business requirements.
• Basic editing skills, edit raw footage into clear, engaging, and well‑paced videos aligned with brand guidelines.
• Assist in photography/videography activities when needed (knowledge in these areas will be an added advantage).
• Learn and execute tasks creatively within short timelines.
• Maintain organized project files, assets, and version control throughout the production workflow.
• Use AI tools for basic editing assistance, captions, clean‑ups, and workflow improvement

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in creative design, Film Making, Mass Media, Video Production, or related fields.
• Candidates with 1-3 years of motion graphics, video editing/production experience.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe AI platform:
• After Effects (primary)
• Premiere Pro (basic knowledge acceptable)
• Photoshop/Illustrator (added advantage)
• Understanding of basic video production processes, file formats, and workflows.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office.
• Creative mindset, well versed with new AI tools and integration, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in fast‑paced timelines.
