Role Description The Digital Content Creator will develop engaging content for social media, websites, campaigns, and brand collateral that aligns with each client’s unique voice and objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include brainstorming and planning content ideas with the creative and marketing teams, scripting and storyboarding, producing and editing visual and written content, and adapting assets for multiple platforms and formats. The role also involves collaborating on brand campaigns, supporting event-related content, and monitoring content performance to refine future output. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring close coordination with designers, marketers, and account managers.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in digital content creation, including social media content, short-form video, copywriting, and basic graphic design.
- Ability to plan and execute content strategies that support branding, campaigns, and digital marketing objectives.
- Proficiency in research and concept development to generate fresh, relevant, and on-brand ideas.
- Experience with content editing and optimization for different platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites).
- Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals, such as audience targeting, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, creative environment with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple projects at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
- Proficiency with common content and design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, basic video editing software) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in branding, agencies, or creative studios is a plus, but motivated early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
