INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT COMPANY PVT. LTD., BHIWADI specializes in various industrial utilities: e.g. Compressed Air and Material Handling & Storage Systems, Piping Projects etc.. The company has a team of around 80 members and has been building trust with industrial customers for the last 26 years. It is known for reliable solutions that support efficient industrial operations. A strong focus on excellent after-sales service and long-term partnerships makes it a preferred choice for many industrial clients. We currently have 8 Sales Teams and 3 Services Teams, totalling approximately 60 persons. All these 25 years we were in sales and after sales services of Industrial Machinery. Now recently we have started manufacturing EOT cranes in a separate setup at a nearby location.


Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy General Manager of Sales based in BHIWADI, RAJASTHAN (75 KMs from Delhi, 45 Kms from Gurugram). The role involves leading the sales function, including defining sales strategies, setting targets, and monitoring performance. The Deputy General Manager of Sales will manage and mentor sales teams, oversee key customer accounts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Daily responsibilities include Reviewing performance of various teams, Engaging with KEY industrial clients, negotiating Bigger Contracts, Coordinating with technical and service teams, and reporting sales performance to senior management. The role also requires identifying new market opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and supporting long-term business growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years experience in Industrial and/or Project Sales.
  • Strong Sales skills with proven experience in industrial or B2B sales, including strategy development and target achievement.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and handle key accounts.
  • General Management capabilities, including planning, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Team Management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Industrial Project Sales, Machinery Sales etc. is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in standard MS Office.
  • Ability to work on-site in BHIWADI and travel to customer locations as required.
