Role purpose

You’ll Spend Time On The Following

In this role you will be collaborating with IDP’s Data Engineering and Governance, an enterprise capability team and be responsible for: -

Data Scientist — Responsibilities

Core

• Identify decision problems where modelling creates measurable value
• Prepare production-ready datasets, build and validate predictive / statistical models, and drive data-driven experimentation
• Deploy models into production pipelines, and monitor performance, drift, and retraining needs
• Translate outputs into quantified business impact (revenue, risk, cost)
• Ensure cost-aware and efficient model design (compute, data, and operational efficiency)
• Influence adoption by enabling stakeholders to act on model-driven insights

• Apply GenAI / Agentic AI for automation, decision augmentation, or knowledge workflows
