Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Controls Engineer, based in Pune. The Controls Engineer will design, program, and troubleshoot automated control systems for industrial processes to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure efficiency. Responsibilities include creating electrical schematics, configuring PLCs and HMIs, programming industrial devices, and integrating intelligent systems. The individual will also conduct testing, commissioning, and debugging to ensure proper system functionality.

Qualifications

• Expertise in PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems.
• Proficiency in working with industrial automation platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi, ABB, or similar.
• Knowledge of control systems design, electrical schematics, and panel layout.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical or software issues effectively.
• Experience with manufacturing integration, data reporting, and analytics tools.
• Strong skills in communication, teamwork, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or industrial automation sector is preferred.
