Working Days: Monday to Saturday, with 1st and 3rd Saturdays off

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decisions
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve operational efficiency
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, etc.)
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
• Automate data processes and reporting workflows where possible
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear manner 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
