About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will work with data to uncover insights, build reports, and support business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into meaningful and actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business strategies.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Work closely with business teams to understand data requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs.
• Automate data processes and reporting workflows where possible.
• Document data processes, methodologies, and insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Solid knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.

Preferred / Good-to-Have

• Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing.
• Experience with dashboards, KPIs, and business metrics.
