We are hiring for an International Chat Support process for a US-based Smart Home & Security company. (Only Immediate Joiners)

Job Details:

Role: Customer Support – Technical (International Chat Support)

Location: Gurugram, Sector 30

Work Mode: On-site

Shift: Rotational Shifts 24*7

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Eligibility:

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Technical/Customer Support
• Mandatory experience in International Chat Support
• Experience in Wi-Fi troubleshooting, network connectivity, routers/modems, broadcast support
• Candidates from Comcast, Airtel Broadcast, ISP, Smart Device, or Networking background preferred
• Excellent written communication skills
• Immediate joiners only

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via chat and email support
• Troubleshoot smart home devices, cameras, alarms, doorbells, connectivity, and app-related issues
• Provide seamless customer experience while meeting quality standards
• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and escalations
