Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, text, and social media platforms.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
- Provide clear product and service information while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of written communication, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and follow established support processes.
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (10+2) or equivalent.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Up to 1 year of customer service or chat support experience is preferred.
- Excellent written English with strong grammar, spelling, and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and good typing speed.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
