Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Chennai. The primary responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, troubleshooting issues, providing accurate information, ensuring customer satisfaction, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. The role requires clear communication with customers, accurate record-keeping, and maintaining a professional and courteous tone at all times.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer service and issue resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and other regional languages, if applicable.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required for applicants with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
