Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive (B2C Sales) to lead student enrollment initiatives and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, proven sales expertise, and the ability to independently manage leads, conversions, and customer relationships. Experience in EdTech or digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Independently handle end-to-end B2C sales cycles, from lead engagement to successful conversion.
- Counsel prospective students and parents on programs, value propositions, and career outcomes.
- Drive enrollment targets through structured follow-ups, meetings, and closing strategies.
- Maintain and manage sales pipeline, CRM data, and conversion reports with accuracy.
- Work closely with marketing teams to optimize lead quality and campaign performance.
- Participate in and represent Vista Tech at seminars, workshops, college events, and promotional activities.
- Mentor junior executives or interns when required and support team performance.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech, training, or service-based industries.
- Excellent negotiation, counselling, and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with consistent performance delivery.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Digital marketing knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
