Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Support Executive based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. In this position, the executive will visit the clinics and help with the implementation, and support of the digital app during OPD hours. Key responsibilities include onboarding, educating, managing application use at the clinic, supporting the clinic and collecting feedback to improve functionalities. Close collaboration with healthcare professionals and technical teams will be integral to ensuring optimal outcomes.

• Digital app usage expertise
• Strong learning ability in troubleshooting, configurations, and integration of IT solutions in healthcare settings.
• Ability to analyze user requirements, gather feedback, and enhance product functionality for improved user experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare IT systems or HealthTech platforms will be beneficial.
• Excellent communication, and team collaboration abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - english and gujarati
• Detail oriented and analytical
• Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction

Qualification

Bachelor's degree. B.Pharma degree or MR experience will be a plus. B.Sc. graduates are also welcome to apply.
