Account Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in the Pune Division. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating sales leads, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, conducting market research, preparing business proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements, all while achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.

• Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Ability to conduct Market Research and develop effective Sales Strategies
• Organizational skills, Time Management, and goal-oriented approach
• Experience with the FMCG industry or dairy products is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Quick adaptability to dynamic business situations and strong problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Pune and surrounding areas is preferred
