Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer (1–3 years of experience) to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java-based application development, with a focus on backend technologies and a willingness to work across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in full lifecycle application development
• Design, develop, and debug software applications
• Perform software analysis, code reviews, and requirements analysis
• Analyze system risks, code quality, and software reliability
• Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Collaborate on frontend development using Angular, React, or Vue with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Integrate applications with existing systems
• Support, maintain, and document software functionality
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies for implementation

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in software development (No senior candidates)
• Strong experience in:
• Java application development
• Spring Boot
• SQL
• Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks (Angular/React/Vue)
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
