Hire wage is $17 hourly

This position requires someone who has had a Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit) and a clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy.

What You’ll Bring To Sevita

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1 year of experience Intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health preferred
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required
  
  

The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral redirection supports; planning and implementing creative approaches to encourage active participation in the program as well as community; be actively moving throughout the day and occasionally lifting up to 50#, provide transpiration supports utilizing various road ways including Highways, Country, Cities; and have flexible availability to work between M-F 7a-5p.
