Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle real-time customer queries during the night shift.


  • Provide support to customers traveling across different time zones.


  • Manage urgent escalations and resolve issues quickly.


  • Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and suppliers for time-sensitive requests.


  • Assist with itinerary disruptions, last-minute changes, or emergencies.


  • Maintain clear communication with customers and document all cases.


  • Ensure smooth handovers to the day shift team.


Requirements:


  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, travel operations, or a similar role.


  • Comfortable working night shifts.


  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.


  • Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.


  • Customer-first mindset; travel industry experience is a plus.
