Role Overview

This is a revenue-focused, execution-driven role requiring a balance of creative storytelling and performance marketing expertise. The candidate must be capable of creating high-quality content, running multi-platform ad campaigns, leveraging AI tools for optimization, integrating CRM systems, handling website updates, and executing SEO and social media strategies.

The role demands ownership, accountability, and strategic thinking.


Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • YouTube Ads
  • Build complete marketing funnels including cold audiences, retargeting, and remarketing.
  • Optimize Cost per Lead, Cost per Site Visit, and Cost per Booking
  • Allocate and scale budgets efficiently while maintaining ROI.
  • Track end-to-end campaign performance and revenue attribution.


2. Content Creation & Creative Execution


  • Create high-quality visuals and creatives using Canva and similar tools.
  • Develop ad creatives, brochures, social posts, reels, landing page visuals, and campaign assets.
  • Plan and execute Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube content strategies.
  • Maintain premium brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Support video storytelling and campaign conceptualization.


3. Website Management & Development (WordPress)


  • Handle basic website editing and content updates in WordPress.
  • Create and optimize landing pages.
  • Improve UI, CTAs, and conversion flow.
  • Coordinate with developers when required for technical improvements.
  • Ensure website speed, structure, and user experience are optimized.


4. SEO Strategy & Organic Growth
  • Implement on-page SEO strategies including keyword optimization, meta tags, internal linking, and content structuring.
  • Conduct keyword research relevant to Bengaluru real estate markets.
  • Improve organic rankings and website traffic.
  • Track SEO performance and recommend improvements.
  • Plan content marketing strategies aligned with SEO goals.


5. Social Media Strategy & Campaign Planning
  • Develop structured social media campaign calendars.
  • Plan thematic campaigns aligned with project positioning.
  • Execute awareness, engagement, and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Analyse social media performance and optimize accordingly.
  • Maintain consistent luxury and aspirational brand presence.


6. AI-Driven Marketing & Automation
  • Use AI tools for:
  • Ad copy generation and testing
  • Creative optimization
  • Audience segmentation
  • Funnel enhancement
  • Implement automation to improve lead nurturing.
  • Continuously improve conversion rates using data-backed insights.


7. CRM Integration & Sales Coordination


  • Integrate ad platforms with CRM systems.
  • Ensure seamless lead capture and tracking.
  • Monitor lead-to-site visit and site visit-to-booking ratios.
  • Implement automation workflows for follow-ups.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.


8. Analytics, Reporting & Revenue Accountability


  • Implement Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Analytics.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyse campaign profitability and booking value generated.
  • Identify scaling opportunities and cost optimization strategies.
  • Be accountable for revenue generated through digital campaigns.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Proven hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Experience in real estate marketing preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Canva and content creation.
  • Advanced knowledge of:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • YouTube Ads
  • Working knowledge of WordPress website editing and landing page creation.
  • Practical understanding of SEO tactics and organic growth strategies.
  • Experience integrating CRM systems and managing lead pipelines.
  • Ability to use AI tools to enhance campaign performance and conversions.
  • Strong analytical, ROI-driven mindset.
