Position: Customer Support Associate

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Work Mode: Work From Office

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via Voice, Email, and Chat.
• Provide technical and non-technical support to international customers.
• Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Updating CRM/ticketing systems with accurate case details.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in North American Customer Support.
• Bachelor's degree in a Technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
