What You’ll Be Doin

  • g:Own the onboarding and implementation process for assigned customer account
  • s.Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the post-sales lifecycl
  • e.Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholder
  • s.Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve customer queries and implementation issue
  • s.Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and feature walkthrough
  • s.Drive product adoption by educating customers on platform capabilities and best practice
  • s.Monitor customer health, platform usage, and engagement metric
  • s.Proactively identify risks and escalate concerns to internal teams when require
  • d.Support renewal conversations by ensuring customers realize value from the platfor
  • m.Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-sellin
  • g.Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product and Engineering team
  • s.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, action items, and implementation progress using CRM tool

What We're Looking

  • For2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Success, Account Management, Technical Account Management, Implementation, Solutions Consulting, or Post-Sales Suppo
  • rt.Experience working with B2B SaaS, FinTech, or technology produc
  • ts.Strong communication and stakeholder management skil
  • ls.Ability to understand customer business requirements and translate them into actionable solutio
