Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to build strong relationships with parents and students, ensure a seamless learning experience, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities to improve the overall experience.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Encourage course continuation and renewals by delivering excellent service.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM.
  • Meet customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality targets.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts and a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Servicing, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience in the EdTech industry is an added advantage.
