Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to build strong relationships with parents and students, ensure a seamless learning experience, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities to improve the overall experience.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Encourage course continuation and renewals by delivering excellent service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM.
- Meet customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.
- Comfortable working in night shifts and a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Servicing, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in the EdTech industry is an added advantage.
