We're Hiring | Customer Experience Manager | Gurugram

At KSS Interiors India Pvt. Ltd., we believe that delivering a project is only the beginning. The true measure of our success is the experience our customers have long after installation is complete.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to lead our after-sales service, warranty support, and customer satisfaction initiatives from our Gurugram (Manesar) office.

Key Responsibilities

Manage warranty and non-warranty service requests.
Coordinate with customers and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Plan and assign technicians for site visits.
Manage the Snag List process and ensure projects are handed over with complete customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Design and Installation teams for issue resolution.
Maintain warranty records, service history and customer communication.
Monitor service timelines and ensure closure within committed TAT.
Lead and mentor the Customer Support team.
Identify recurring issues and work with internal teams to improve product quality and customer experience.
Drive a customer-first culture across the organization.

✔ Comfortable working with ERP systems and service tracking
