We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an Australian Healthcare Voice Process. Candidates must be fluent in Persian or Pashto along with good English communication skills. This is an on-site opportunity based in Pitampura, Delhi.

  • Shift: 3:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
  • Cab Facility: One-side cab provided (Night pick-up)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer support.
  • Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries.
  • Resolve issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Record customer interactions accurately in CRM/tools.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and service-level targets.

  • Required Skills:

    • Fluency in Pashto, Dari or persian is mandatory.
    • Good spoken and written English.
    • 1-5 years of experience in International BPO, Voice Process, Customer Support, Customer Service, Contact Centre, or Call Centre.
    • Experience in Australian Healthcare or Australian Process is preferred.
    • Comfortable working in night shifts.
    • Good listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

  • Preferred Candidate Profile

    • Experience in International Voice Process or Blended Process.
    • Exposure to Healthcare Support, Customer Service, or Technical Support is an advantage.
    • Pashto, Dari or persian language proficiency
    • Willingness to work from the Pitampura office
    • Comfortable with the 3:00 AM 12:00 Noon shift
