Location: Gurugram (On-site)

Working Days: Rotational Week-offs

Key Responsibilities

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.

  • Follow customer service policies, communication guidelines, and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Care, Voice Process, Call Centre, or Client Support.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customer concerns.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
