Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional customer support.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Process customer requests, orders, account updates, and service applications.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Stay informed about products and services to provide accurate information.
- Follow customer service policies, communication guidelines, and quality standards.
- Achieve response time and customer satisfaction goals.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and active listening.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Care, Voice Process, Call Centre, or Client Support.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customer concerns.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
