This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Goa for a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Manager. The CRM Manager will focus on managing client relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving engagement through effective communication and tailored solutions. Responsibilities include implementing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, developing client segmentation plans, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to optimize customer satisfaction and retention. The role also involves overseeing CRM-related projects and ensuring timely and effective execution.

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in managing customer data to derive strategic insights
• Excellent Communication skills, with a focus on customer engagement and relationship building
• Proficiency in Sales and Market Segmentation to effectively target and serve diverse customer groups
• Project Management experience with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee CRM initiatives
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with CRM software tools and platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage
