Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Key tasks include managing client communication, coordinating between internal teams and clients, providing updates, resolving issues efficiently, and identifying opportunities for client growth and collaboration. The role will also involve tracking client success metrics and contributing to long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project coordination and team collaboration
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Experience in digital content creation, Youtube & Social media, marketing, or related fields is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in client-facing roles, especially in the digital marketing or media industry, is preferable
