Job Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Client Relationship Manager (CRM) with a strong sales background and payment collection experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely fee collection, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the student lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end client relationship management for enrolled students
• Ensure timely collection of pending payments / fees from clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and payment status in CRM systems
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth client handling
• Resolve client queries and provide proper guidance related to courses/services
• Achieve monthly collection targets and contribute to revenue goals
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in Sales / CRM / Collections / Customer Handling
• Experienced in Upselling and Cross Selling
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working on CRM tools (Lead management / payment tracking systems)
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Basic understanding of the education / EdTech industry is preferred
• Graduate in any discipline
