Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and energetic Creator Acquisition Associate to join our growth team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our creator community, identifying potential high-impact creators, and building strong relationships that drive long-term engagement and platform adoption. If you’re passionate about digital content, understand creator workflows, and enjoy connecting with people, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and Onboard Creators:

Actively scout and evaluate potential creators across multiple platforms. Design strategies to attract diverse content creators aligned with Cosmofeed’s offerings.

• Build and Nurture Relationships:

Develop meaningful relationships with creators, understand what success looks like for them, and ensure they feel supported and valued throughout their journey.

• Onboarding and Orientation:

Use outbound channels (emails, calls, DM outreach) and inbound interest to onboard creators. Deliver a seamless onboarding experience that sets them up for success on Cosmofeed.

• Performance Monitoring:

Track creator activity, analyse engagement metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to help creators improve performance and grow revenue on the platform.

• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to continuously refine acquisition strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience (freshers welcome).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Passion for working with creators, influencer ecosystem, or digital content.
• A proactive problem-solver with a strong customer-first mindset.
