Position: HR Intern
Location: Remote/Work from home
Duration: 1-3 Months
Type: Unpaid internship
Stipend: Unpaid/Certificate-Based
Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment & talent sourcing
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
• Support HR operations & documentation
• Maintain employee records and data
• Assist in onboarding activities
• Support the HR team with daily tasks
Requirements:
• Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in HR / business administration/ Management
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
• Willingness to learn and grow
