Location: Faridabad (On-site / Hybrid)

About PILPsychotropics India Ltd. (PIL) is a 40+ year old pharmaceutical company with a strong legacy in healthcare and exports across 45+ countries.
As we enter our next phase of growth, we are expanding beyond our existing OTC portfolio and building a new generation of consumer brands across skincare and petcare.
We are now looking to build sharper, stronger consumer-facing brands and are hiring a Creative Head to lead the creative direction across this next phase.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Creative Head to lead the overall creative direction across PIL’s consumer businesses in healthcare, skincare and petcare.
This role will own how our brands look, communicate and show up across digital and offline touchpoints — from packaging and websites to social media, campaigns and marketplaces.
We are looking for someone who understands both brand and business, and can build strong creative systems that improve brand recall, communication and conversion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the creative direction across all PIL consumer brands
- Build and maintain strong, consistent brand identity across touchpoints
- Oversee creative output for:
- social media
- digital ads
- marketplaces
- websites
- packaging
- campaigns
- Translate brand strategy into clear visual and communication systems
- Work closely with marketing, performance and product teams to create sharper, more effective consumer-facing communication
- Guide content, design and creative teams to ensure stronger output and consistency
- Improve creative quality across both brand and performance channels
- Ensure all creative work is aligned to business goals, not just aesthetics
- 5–8 years of experience in creative / brand / communication roles
- Strong understanding of branding, design and consumer communication
- Ability to think across campaigns, content, packaging, digital and commerce
- Strong eye for design, storytelling and visual consistency
- Experience working on consumer brands (D2C / FMCG / beauty / wellness / retail preferred)
- Ability to lead creative thinking and manage execution teams
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to balance brand with performance
Someone who can think beyond “good design” and build stronger consumer-facing brands through sharper creative thinking, clearer communication and stronger execution.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Creativity Skills and Creative Strategy to innovate and implement impactful campaigns.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to articulate ideas clearly and create compelling content.
- Solid experience in Branding and the ability to oversee and enhance brand identity and positioning.
- Leadership and team management experience to oversee creative projects and guide team members effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Understanding of the healthcare / personalcare sector or experience in a similar industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage tight deadlines and multiple tasks effectively.
