Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day center operations, including facility management, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.
• Build and nurture relationships with members, handling onboarding, renewals, and issue resolution to achieve 95%+ occupancy and retention.
• Lead a high-performing team staff, managing schedules, training, and performance to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling services, event hosting, and partnerships while optimizing costs .
• Analyze KPIs like utilization rates and member feedback, implementing strategies to boost satisfaction and profitability.
• Collaborate with HQ on marketing initiatives, community events, and expansions in Kolkata's competitive market.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years in coworking, hospitality, real estate, or F&B operations; prior center/facility management preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proven track record in team leadership and P&L responsibility in a customer-facing role.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue optimization and cost control.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for member engagement and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Snap.pe, Zoho), Google Workspace, and analytics (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and a passion for fostering collaborative communities.
