Role Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of meaningful human connection for potential clients. Your role is to conduct empathetic, structured consultations with inbound leads, helping them understand their health challenges and guiding them toward the right solution.

This role requires emotional intelligence, clarity in communication, and a strong sense of responsibility toward enrolling only the right-fit clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Client Video Consultations
  • Conduct informative and empathetic video calls with inbound leads, guiding them toward optimal hormonal, liver, and metabolic health solutions.
  • Calendar & Lead Management
  • Maintain sufficient calendar availability to handle approximately 100 inbound calls per month.
  • Daily Execution
  • Complete structured morning and end-of-day tasks, Monday through Saturday.
  • Availability & Communication
  • Remain actively available on Slack from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST for coordination and updates.
  • Relationship Building
  • Establish trust and rapport through deep listening and meaningful conversations.
  • Ethical Enrollment
  • Ensure only genuinely suitable clients are enrolled, maintaining honesty and integrity at all times.
  • Decision Leadership
  • Confidently guide prospects toward decisions that serve their long-term hormonal and metabolic health—even when it requires challenging comfort zones.
  • Performance Ownership
  • Track and understand personal performance metrics, identifying strengths and improvement areas.
  • CRM Documentation
  • Accurately record all interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system.

  • Consistently uphold the high ethical and professional standards of Hormonica Healthcare Private Limited.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Earning Potential: Up to ₹3,00,000 per month
  • Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month

  • Requirements
    • Experience:
    • Minimum 1 year of experience as a sales closer, health consultant, or in a target-driven sales environment.
    • Communication Skills:
    • Strong verbal communication skills for confident and persuasive video calls.
    • Active Listening:
    • Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs deeply.
    • Empathy & Trust-Building:
    • Natural ability to connect with clients and build long-term trust.
    • Work Ethic:
    • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a remote setup.
    • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1–3+ years of sales experience.
    • Sales Expertise:
    • Experience managing the entire sales cycle, including deal closure.
    • Negotiation & Presentation:
    • Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
