You will manage leads, build client relationships, track performance metrics, and ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth
- Manage and nurture leads throughout the complete sales funnel
- Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and analyze performance data using MS Excel
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high client satisfaction and retention
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert inquiries into successful closures
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process
- Direct access to founders and decision-makers with opportunities to contribute ideas and make an impact
