Job Title : Content Manager

Location: Vesu, Surat, Gujarat

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute book launch marketing campaigns.
• Create content for social media, emails, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage customer journey and email marketing workflows.
• Write marketing copy for emails, landing pages, ads, and social media.
• Coordinate with design and publishing teams.
• Manage CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Execute remarketing campaigns to improve customer engagement and conversions.

Required Skills:

• Strong content writing and communication skills.
• Experience in email marketing and marketing automation.
• Understanding of customer journey and conversion funnels.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and analytics.
• Good planning and campaign management skills.

Experience:

• Relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing preferred.
