Content Manager & Production Coordinator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-ground role based in Delhi. The Content & Production Coordinator owns the end-to-end content production process — from pre-production planning and on-ground shoot execution to post-production handover and publishing. The role requires consistent involvement across the week, not just on shoot days. Additional responsibilities include guiding the editor with the content, ensuring seamless collaboration among teams.

Responsibilities

• Build shot lists, references, and shoot documents at least 3 days before every shoot
• Be present and execute on-ground across scheduled shoots
• Sort, shortlist, and hand over raw content to editors/designers within 24 hours of shoot
• Schedule and publish content across platforms as per approved calendar
• Maintain trackers for shoot targets, pending deliverables, and posting status
• Coordinate daily with strategists, designers, and editors to ensure nothing falls through
• Proactively flag delays and follow up without being prompted

Qualifications

• Prior experience in content production, shoot coordination, or a similar role
• Strong follow-up instincts and comfort with multi-brand environments
• Familiarity with Instagram content formats (reels, posts, stories)
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
• Clear communicator - written and verbal
• Based in Delhi with the ability to be on-ground for shoots
• Experience in a creative agency or production setup is a plus

Compensation

₹15,000-20,000 TBD
