Role Description The Creative Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role involves managing the flow of creative projects from concept to delivery, coordinating schedules, resources, and communication among the creative team and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the development of visual concepts, assisting with outfits, setups, studio workflows, and ensuring that project timelines and quality standards are met. The Creative Coordinator will organize briefs and help align creative output with the brand’s vision of delivering impactful, emotionally resonant work. The role also includes contributing ideas in brainstorming sessions, providing feedback on creative assets, and ensuring smooth coordination during shoots and design activities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Creative skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple creative initiatives.
- Skills to work with visual concepts, layouts, and brand assets.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage excel sheets, creative eyesight, and quality checks.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat and adapt to a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage photography & videography shoots from planning to execution.
• Communicate with clients regarding shoot schedules, requirements, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, makeup artists, and vendors.
• Prepare shoot timelines, call sheets, and production schedules.
• Ensure projects are delivered within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Handle client follow-ups and maintain project records.
• Assist in planning creative concepts and studio operations.
• Solve on-ground challenges during shoots and ensure seamless execution
Job Details
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Education
