The company enables brands to run targeted, data-informed campaigns while helping businesses monetize their footfall and physical locations. From discovery to execution, Adgurilla simplifies offline advertising and makes it scalable for partners and clients. The team is currently onboarding pilot partners and expanding the network, with a strong focus on collaboration with spaces and brands. Adgurilla values innovative thinking, practical execution, and long-term partnerships in the evolving offline media landscape.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market opportunities, measure campaign performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with the founding team, engage partners, and represent the company to stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to help close partnerships with brands and venues, and support revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess Marketing expertise to shape positioning, guide campaign strategies, and support brand-building initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Research skills to explore new market segments, assess competitive landscapes, and identify emerging offline media opportunities.
• Prior experience as a founder, investor, or senior leader in advertising, media, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with early-stage startup environments, including high ownership, ambiguity, and rapid iteration.
• Ability to commit capital as an angel or strategic advisor and actively participate in business development and team growth.
