As the Head of Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem, you will own GoKwik's strategic alliances with payment gateways, technology platforms, commerce ecosystems, government bodies, financial institutions, logistics partners, and emerging AI platforms. Your mandate is to drive revenue growth, reduce platform dependency, unlock product opportunities, improve ecosystem positioning, and create long-term value for merchants.

As the Head of Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem, you will own GoKwik's strategic alliances with payment gateways, technology platforms, commerce ecosystems, government bodies, financial institutions, logistics partners, and emerging AI platforms. Your mandate is to drive revenue growth, reduce platform dependency, unlock product opportunities, improve ecosystem positioning, and create long-term value for merchants.
What You'll Own
Strategic Partnership Leadership
- Build and manage executive relationships with key strategic partners across payments, commerce, technology, AI, logistics, financial services, and industry ecosystems.
- Develop long-term partnership strategies aligned with GoKwik's business priorities.
- Establish structured governance, including QBRs, executive sponsor mapping, account plans, and success metrics.
- Create new revenue opportunities through strategic alliances.
- Drive partner-led merchant acquisition and GTM initiatives.
- Lead co-marketing programs and ecosystem collaborations that accelerate merchant adoption.
- Drive payment gateway diversification to reduce concentration risk.
- Strengthen relationships with payment partners and financial institutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial teams to improve payment routing and merchant value.
- Build strategic relationships with platforms including Meta, Google, Shopify, Salesforce, Amazon, Zoho, and other commerce ecosystems.
- Secure early access to APIs, beta programs, platform integrations, and new commerce capabilities.
- Identify opportunities across AI, embedded commerce, conversational commerce, and future platform innovations.
- Position GoKwik as a trusted commerce ecosystem partner.
- Build relationships with government bodies, industry associations, fintech ecosystems, and international commerce organizations.
- Represent GoKwik in strategic industry forums and partnership discussions.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Commercial Desk, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Business teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Align internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of partnership programs.
- 12–18 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Alliances, Corporate Strategy, or Ecosystem Development.
- Proven experience managing CXO-level relationships with enterprise partners.
- Strong understanding of fintech, payments, SaaS, commerce platforms, digital ecosystems, or enterprise technology.
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships that drive measurable revenue and business impact.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving commercial, product, and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate strategic opportunities into scalable business outcomes.
