Job Description:

Technical/Functional Skills

• Complete life cycle implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) on Siemens OpCenter Electronics / Semiconductor
• Experience in Solution Architecture, Opcenter Designer and CIO/ Connect MOM
• Experience in MES Upgrade
• Domain experience in MDD, Semiconductor and Electronics
• Knowledge of interfaces with the Opcenter MES application and external applications like ERP, LIMS, Semiconductor and electronics equipments, HMI etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering, fit gap analysis and solution blueprint
• Work with customer stakeholders on solution design based on Siemens OpCenter Semiconductor/ Electronics platform
• Experience working with HiTech customers
• Articulate and communicate complex business process, conflict resolution and buy in on solution
• Work with across teams to build integration requirements with MES
• Ability to do coding on Opcenter designer, MIO/Connect MOM and Portal studio
• Translate the solution requirement and work with development team to build
• Be a mentor, ability to train other associate in the needed skill
• Ensure the quality of deliverable by working with assurance team
• Work with program governance on project planning, scheduling
• Ability to build and lead a team for end-to-end project execution
