Must-Have Skills:

Genesys Cloud CX Architect – IVA/IVR Development
Call Flow Components & Fundamentals
Creating and Managing Basic & Advanced Call Flows
Integrating Call Flows with Genesys Cloud
Debugging, Testing & Deploying Call Flows
Genesys Cloud CX Administration
Genesys Cloud CX Reporting
Voice & Digital Bots
Genesys Cloud CRM Integration

Good-to-Have Skills:

Hands-on experience with the Genesys Cloud Architect Tool
Setting up and navigating Architect
Monitoring, optimizing, and enhancing call flows
Experience as a Genesys Solution Architect is an added advantage
