CMPC In charge - Hige Rise Tower

Desing, Planning, development, and implementation of innovative, safe, and cost-effective construction methods for High Rise Towers. CMPC Lead shall supports project team and the CMPC leadership in preparing method statements, site logisitcs, analysing risks, coordinating with design functions, and applying engineering solutions for the efficient and faster execution of projects.

Prepare comprehensive logistics plans for site mobilisation, equipment positioning, resource flow, and material handling. Design enabling works to support the smooth initiation and execution of major project components

Identify opportunities to reduce cost or construction time through alternative methodologies. Assist in selecting construction methods that contribute to improved resource productivity and cost savings. Skilled with identifiying sutablity of Constrcuton Equipment, Formwork Systems, Men and material Movment, Logisitcs, Access Control.

Liaise with project engineers, planning teams, and design coordinators to ensure construction methods align with design intent and site conditions. Capture learnings and feedback from execution teams to improve future method planning and implementation.

Prepare detailed construction method statements for specific work packages, including formwork, excavation, concrete, precast, and steel works. Use available software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools for visualisation and method development. Resposible for site supervision for implementation of CMPC plans, gather data, and refine execution methods in real-time.

Contribute to training sessions, team discussions, and technical documentation. Engage in skill development and actively seek learning opportunities within CMPC and allied departments.
