Location - GK Part 1, New Delhi

Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Cluster & Sales Operations Manager (Medical or Clinic Services). The role involves overseeing daily operations across a cluster of clinics or service locations, ensuring smooth workflows, adherence to processes, and consistent service standards. The manager will analyze operational and sales performance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, patient volume, and revenue. Responsibilities include coordinating with clinic teams, monitoring appointment flows, managing reporting, and tracking key metrics related to customer satisfaction and service quality. The role also includes supporting sales initiatives, implementing standard operating procedures, counselling, and collaborating with leadership to execute strategic plans and improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret operational and sales data, generate insights, and support data-driven decisions.
• Proven experience in Operations Management within medical, clinic, or healthcare services settings.
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to maintain high-quality patient experiences and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, clinic staff, and leadership in a remote environment.
• Experience with CRM or clinic management systems, and proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple clinic locations, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in healthcare administration, business, or related field; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with sales processes in healthcare or clinic services and comfort working with performance targets and KPIs.

Salary - For Cluster Manager - 10-12 lacs, for sales Manager - 6-7 lacs
