Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including front desk, nursing, and clinical support teams
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
- Supervise and coordinate medical procedures and clinic flow (Cebu and Makati branches)
- Handle purchasing, inventory, and vendor coordination for medical supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and internal policies
- Serve as primary point of contact for patient concerns, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Monitor patient census, clinic capacity, and operational reports
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and management to improve service delivery and efficiency
- Bachelors degree in Nursing/Medical Technology is preferred but not required
- Experience in clinic or healthcare operations management
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced medical environment
- Proficient in scheduling, inventory management, and basic reporting
