Senior Executive – CPG Supply Chain (ECOM)

Job Purpose

To manage and execute distribution operations and supply coordination, ensuring 100% fill rate, on-time deliveries, and uninterrupted supply to customers. The role requires strong ownership of appointment management, dispatch execution, and supply support whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end distribution execution, including dispatch planning and delivery coordination
• Take and confirm delivery appointments with customers, depots, and warehouses
• Ensure 100% fill rate for all confirmed orders and appointments
• Coordinate with planning, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure order readiness
• Arrange alternate supply, re-routing, or urgent dispatches during shortages or last-minute requirements
• Monitor daily dispatch status and proactively resolve delays, shortages, or failures
• Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely vehicle placement and delivery completion
• Act as the escalation point for distribution and supply-related issues
• Support supply chain operations during peak demand, emergencies, or business-critical situations
• Maintain daily and weekly reports on fill rate, appointment adherence, and OTIF performance

Candidate Profile

Education

• Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline
  
  

Experience

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain execution.
• Strong experience in dispatch operations, appointment scheduling, and supply coordination
• Exposure to working with transporters, warehouses, and customer delivery schedules

Systems Knowledge
