Job Description
To supervise the sales operations within an assigned district, ensuring achievement of sales targets, market share growth, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Accountabilities
Implement district-level sales plans aligned with national strategy.
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives.
Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts.
Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, and Supply Chain teams for effective execution.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Oversee district budgets and resources efficiently.
Support product launches and promotional activities within the district.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Educational Qualifications & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration
Knowledge
Pharmaceutical sales processes and compliance regulations.
Market dynamics and therapeutic area knowledge.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Team leadership and performance management.
Language Skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is an asset.
Experience
Minimum of 4–5 years in pharmaceutical sales.
