Job Description

Job Summary

The F&B Service Executive is responsible for delivering courteous, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction while maintaining service standards, hygiene, and brand values of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and present menus in a professional manner.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar.
  • Serve food and beverages as per prescribed service standards and sequence.
  • Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas are clean, well-set, and presentable at all times.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
  • Handle billing procedures accurately and ensure proper settlement of guest checks.
  • Coordinate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other service staff for smooth operations.
  • Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards as per company and statutory guidelines.
  • Assist in mise-en-place, side duties, opening, and closing procedures of the outlet.
  • Support upselling of menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as directed by the Manager from time to time.
  • Adhere to and implement all company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by ensuring consistent brand representation, grooming standards, and service excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or relevant qualification preferred.
  • Prior experience in F&B service will be an added advantage (freshers may also apply).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Team player with the ability to perform under pressure.
