Role Description The Client Onboarding Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, from initial introduction to successful use of FundTQ Digital’s pitch deck and valuation tools. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients to collect necessary information, setting up accounts, assisting with product walkthroughs, and resolving onboarding-related queries in a timely and professional manner. The associate will collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and a consistent, high-quality customer experience. The role also involves documenting onboarding steps, maintaining accurate client records, and identifying opportunities to improve the onboarding journey.
Qualifications
  • Strong client-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and professional email and phone etiquette.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or operations within SaaS, fintech, or startup environments.
  • Ability to understand and explain basic financial or business concepts related to fundraising, pitch decks, and valuation tools.
  • Comfort with digital tools and CRM or client management systems, with attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client onboarding processes simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and escalate issues when needed.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving onboarding processes and client satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience working in Gurgaon or familiarity with local startup/fintech ecosystem is an advantage.
