Role Description The Circle Head – Himachal Pradesh is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Solan, responsible for overseeing sales, operations, and service activities within the assigned region. This role includes managing regional teams, setting performance targets, and ensuring timely execution of installation, maintenance, and support for elevator projects. The Circle Head will develop and implement regional business plans, build relationships with key clients, and identify new market opportunities in Himachal Pradesh. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring project pipelines, coordinating with technical and service teams, reviewing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations. The role also requires regular reporting to senior management, mentoring team members, and representing EASA Elevators in client meetings and local industry forums.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in regional or territory management, preferably in elevators, construction, infrastructure, or related engineering sectors.
  • Strong skills in sales leadership, business development, and key account management to grow the circle’s revenue and market share.
  • Ability to oversee operations, project execution, and service delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Competence in team management, performance monitoring, and coaching to build a high-performing regional workforce.
  • Sound understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial analysis for regional planning and decision-making.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
  • Comfort working on-site in Solan with frequent travel across Himachal Pradesh as required by business needs.
